Notes and things still to be done:

1) Describe data collection in Results section (Get from Michelle?).

2) Decide scan/cycle (scan is used in the BNX file as the name of the field but wetbench uses cycle more)

3) Keep CMAP description as molecule length and label position rather than fragment length (based on CMAP format)

4) add figure references to the stitch section
