Add documentation regarding MDSplus c library errors #45
Description
It seems that when working on a machine with a version of MDSplus already installed, WiPPLPy may install an older version of mdsplus that is not compatible in some way. This results in an error when importing mdsplus while using the wipplypy environment with a message about missing modules and missing C libraries related to data types. This necessitates an update to documentation to include this error and information about the fix via updating the mdsplus versionl. May require further testing prior to updating the documentation to recreate the error and verify the fix.
