Feature: Autocomplete interviewer names in new member form

Feature request: The new member interview form would be handy to have the interviewers' names autocomplete based on the membership list. Rather than being a free text field, you would have to select from the list. It might be easiest if this were 3 independent fields rather than one (Interviewer 1, Interviewer 2, Interviewer 3). Or keep it as one text field and "@" would bring up a list based on user id.

(Feel free to "Close as not planned" if this is too complicated or not a priority. There is lots of similar functionality across the web, so i'm thinking it might be fairly straightforward to hook it in if the framework already supports it.)
