Unselect page-posttypes not possible

Hi,

First thanks for this great plugin!!!

I am using Pods and have made several page-posttypes. It works great with your plugin. 

Not all my page-posttypes need the advanced nesting. But it seems unpossible to unselect a page-posttype, so that it is NOT managed with your plugin.
After saving the settings, it is checked again. 

I hope this can be fixed.
