Add OTA4J (Open Test Reporting) integration for Eclipse Unit Test view

Implements vendor-neutral test result integration via the Open Test Reporting format, allowing any test framework that outputs OTA4J to display results in the Eclipse Unit Test view without framework-specific adapters.

New Bundle: org.eclipse.unittest.ui.ota4j

Core Components:

• OpenTestReportingReader - StAX-based streaming parser for OTA4J events (core-0.2.0, events-0.2.0)
• OpenTestReportingClient - ITestRunnerClient implementation for async event monitoring
• OpenTestReportingUtils - Convenience methods for file-based reading

Event Mapping:

started (no parent)   → newTestSuite() + notifyTestStarted()
started (with parent) → newTestCase() + notifyTestStarted()
finished SUCCESSFUL   → notifyTestEnded(ignored=false)
finished FAILED       → notifyTestFailed(FAILURE) + notifyTestEnded()
finished ERRORED      → notifyTestFailed(ERROR) + notifyTestEnded()
finished SKIPPED      → notifyTestEnded(ignored=true)

Usage

// Read from file
OpenTestReportingUtils.readEventsFromFile(session, "test-results.xml");

// Stream events
Reader eventStream = ...;
OpenTestReportingClient client = new OpenTestReportingClient(session, eventStream);
client.startMonitoring();

Bundle Contents

• OTA4J XSD schemas (core-0.2.0.xsd, events-0.2.0.xsd)
• Sample event XML file
• Complete OSGi bundle configuration
• Module registered in debug/pom.xml

Streaming architecture ensures minimal memory footprint for large test suites. UTF-8 charset handling throughout.
