How many genes will DeepImpute actually impute?

I ran DeepImpute with the default parameters (--limit auto, --minVMR 0.5). The output showed that 2,048 genes were selected for imputation. How many genes will DeepImpute actually impute? Will it impute all genes except those with a VMR below 0.5?
