Thank you for this. I wish we could include all issues, not just PRs, in the tracking issue so that we have a global picture of our current progress, what we're planning to do, and what's in our roadmap, rather than just what has already been completed.

Maybe can not track all java issues. I think some meaningful issues may be good.
