The advisory mentions we need to use smol to replace async-std

While https://crates.io/crates/tfrecord/0.15.0/dependencies tfrecord depends on async-std, however this library was not updated in recent 3 years.

Yep, tfrecord seems to be inactive now. We might need to take over it if it's ciritial to us.

Seems we are the only user of this crate.

The tensorflow support has been experimental and not really used anywhere in production as far as I know. Any objection to just deprecate it?
