Forward compatibility tests for FTS indexes

We should add forward compatibility tests for FTS indexes. Currently we only have forward comp. tests for the other indexes.

added a basic one in #4906 , but that one will only test ignoring higher version FTS index. We should extend that further to make sure basic read and training continues to work for new index features in the same index version.
