I'm not sure why dependabot apparently isn't submitting PRs for the
tomldependency, but it's pretty outdated at this point. I don't think bumping from 0.7 to 0.9 requires any code changes (but I guess the CI will yell at me if it turns out it does).The crypto-auditing-* crates are 75% of the last packages in Fedora that depend on toml v0.7, which I would like to drop at some point.
