Hi @akannalathws3 , We apologize for the delay on this. And thank you for your contribution! I wanted to let you know that we had made several changes around error handling in a soon-to-be-released version of our SDK, and those already include the ability to signal stream connection errors as this change allows. We'd rather wait until we are able to release a new version, instead of merging this PR, so I'll close it for now. We've been testing our changes and are hoping that we'll be able to cut a new release within the next few weeks. I will let you know once the new version has been released.
