Remove clearing of expiry on form submit

Could not find a great reason for this default functionality. It causes a brief weird state for users when the form is submitted especially if you are showing validation. I have included a screen shot in my particular case when a form is successfully submitted but it briefly looks to the user as if there is an error before they redirect to the next screen. These fields can be cleared manually from the scope if needed.
