Add rdmd to binary distributions

It would be convenient to pack it together with ldc2 and ldmd2 so that users don't have to download DMD, too.

If one installs ldc via the usual D installer, rdmd isn't shipped, because it's not available in the archive.
This seems like something rather easy to fix or is this avoided on purpose?

Nope. Things are not as automated as they could be (especially on Windows/Mac), but the scripts are indeed used. I've also recently added a hands-free Docker image that is going to be used for building the Linux releases in the future (with Martin's help).

rdmd, ddemangle and dustmite will be included in our next round of release packages (not in our MSVC packages though).

Just tried rdmd out from the latest beta2 tarfile, it only works if I have ldmd2 installed in the system. If I don't have an ldmd2 in my path or if I add the local directory where I unpacked the tarfile to my PATH, rdmd doesn't work. Not sure why in the latter case, as I can call ldmd2 alone from anywhere then.

This is reproducible with dmd too, maybe we should patch rdmd to not assume ldmd2 is installed in the system somewhere, say by setting the full path of the ldmd2 right next to it as the defaultCompiler? If you really want to specify the D compiler, the --compiler option always works, but since the goal of rdmd is to make things easy for scripting, we should make sure the default just works.

I submitted a pull for this upstream, dlang/tools#250, would be good if we used it next time we put out a release with rdmd.
