Enabling / Disabling Play sound when performing a measure

Yet app plays "the GMT sound" when doing a new measure. It may be annoying if user wants to perform the measure in some circumstances without disturbing his neighborhood (like during a meeting ;-) or while traveling in public transports).

Suggestion:
Add an option in Preferences to allow user to enable/disable GMT signal sound when recording a New measure (can be set to Enable by default not to change the current behavior).

Labels suggested for this new option:

• Title: GMT tone
• Description: Play the GMT signal sound when performing a new measure?
• Answers: Yes (default) / No

Note: Playing the GMT sound while doing a measure is noisy but make it easier to check watch time on button press. On the contrary silent mode is better to perform new measures without disturbing the neighborhood but it may be more difficult to perform an accurate measure.
