In measure screen: long press on arrows should increase / decrease numbers quickly

Yet if measure is "far" from current time, user need to multiple press on arrows.

Suggestion:
Manage long press on arrows to increase / decrease numbers quickly, at least for seconds.

See attached screenshot where requested fast up and fast down buttons are highlighted.

Note: I think the above proposed solution is better than adding new buttons : + 10 seconds / - 10 seconds.
