When deleting a serie, measures are not deleted

When deleting a serie it should automatically delete all the attached measures.

If the current behavior is deliberate (no measures deletions), this issue becomes an improvment request:
_Ask user for an additionnal choice when deleting a serie "Do you also want to remove all measures in this serie? Yes / No"._ (option could stay set to "No" by default)
