Enhancement: 30_Run_Programs.ipynb

• Images were updated to percentages to allow them to scale with the window.
• Headings were added to improve readability and break up content.
• The span tag was used to make buttons within the notebook be more recognizable.
• The kbd tag was used to identify buttons in a clearer and easier to spot manner.
• The important note at the bottom was reworded to be easier to understand.
