The 'Change language' modal is overlapped by the side navigation menu

Observed behavior

If the screen resolution is lower than 1050 then the 'Change language' modal gets overlapped by the side navigation menu

Expected behavior

The modal should be fully visible.

Steps to reproduce the issue

1. Sign in to Studio and open the side navigation menu.
