Rebrand: Update logo on account creation page

The account creation page still displays the old logo

Expected behavior

The account creation page should display the new logo

User-facing consequences

Using different logos could cause confusion considering this is a rebrand of the product

1. Go to the studio login page
2. Click on Create Account

One more: when you copy resources to your clipboard from a channel that does not have a thumbnail, we use a placeholder in the clipboard. I think that comes from this image file, which appears to be used in PDF generation as well. If we replace it with another 16:9 placeholder PNG, I think that'll work just fine.

Could we please have equivalents for the below for the rebrand work

The dimensions should be the same or should match their aspect ratio. Also here is the chat for context
