Use the latest KCard for the RecommendedResourceCard and remove the Studio KCard prototype files

Summary

In #4480, we introduced the first prototype of the RecommendedResourceCard and KCard. Later we moved KCard to KDS and continued development there. The latest KCard is much more robust than the prototype and has many significant changes so it should be used instead of its Studio prorotype for continuing the development of RecommendedResourceCard.

Ideally, KCard will be released and installed after its finalized in the regular way, but if needed before, coordinate with @AllanOXDi on linking learningequality/kolibri-design-system#625.

As part of this issue, the provisional first prototype files need to be removed from the Studio codebase
