Unstable - Cannot accept channel editing/viewing invitation

Observed behavior

When I share a channel with a collaborator and I sign in as the collaborator then I cannot accept the invitation to edit or view the channel - getting the following 405 error in the console:

PATCH https://unstable.studio.learningequality.org/api/invitation/f3036afe1f4f46ffb8edefdf7d51d44a 405 (Method Not Allowed)
The issue is happening for both 'Can view' and 'Can edit' options.

Expected behavior

Fully functional channel sharing functionality.

Steps to reproduce the issue

1. Go to https://unstable.studio.learningequality.org/en/accounts/#/ and sign in as user A
2. Open a channel and select the 'Share channel' option
3. Share the channel with user B by either selecting the 'Can view' or 'Can edit' option
4. Sign in as user B and attempt to accept the invitation
