Kolibri clients expect content-length, which is incompatible with gzip encoding.

Kolibri, on downloading channel databases, expect the content-length header to be present. Unfortunately the HTTP spec says you can't have both gzip encoding and the content-length header.
So let's force the Traefik reverse proxy and nginx to not compress anything!
