Addition of transformations to generator

Fixes #122, #123, #125, #126

Proposed Changes

• Addition of transformer module
• traverse the AST and apply the following transformations in order: addition of nodes, addition of identifiers and addition of comments.
• addition of tests for the transformer module, including dataset of 3 scenarios: namely a valid AST and classData, invalid AST, invalid classData.
