Pull Request Overview
This PR adds comprehensive README.md documentation for 10+ MinUI platform implementations, converting existing documentation from .txt to .md format and removing deprecated technical documentation files.
Key Changes:
- Adds detailed platform-specific README.md files for zero28, trimuismart, tg5040, rgb30, rg35xxplus, rg35xx, my355, my282, miyoomini, magicmini, m17, and gkdpixel platforms
- Converts skeleton/BASE/README.txt and skeleton/EXTRAS/README.txt to Markdown format
- Removes deprecated documentation files (testing-setup.md, testing-checklist.md, static-analysis-setup.md, etc.)
- Updates makefile to reference new .md file locations
- Updates docs/PAKS.md with environment variable documentation
