- Move tool paks to workspace/all/paks/Tools/ subdirectory - Create MinUI template system with platform-specific configs and hooks - Replace 11 redundant skeleton MinUI.pak files with generated launch scripts - Update build system paths (Makefile, makefile.qa, pak.mk) Reduces MinUI.pak redundancy from 11 files (79-162 lines each) to a single template system. Platform-specific code isolated in hook files for easier maintenance. Adding a new platform now requires only creating a config and hook scripts instead of maintaining a full launch.sh.
