Should be expanded to a bunch of other things, like most of the parsing stuff in encode.go. Run in CI for five minutes, divided over all the tests.
We don't support that PostgreSQL version. Can also remove parameterStatus from a bunch of functions. Keep the parsing of the serverVersion for now, even though it's never used. It doesn't hurt keeping it and might be useful later.
