We were missing a license file and copyright headings on these bindings.
We should probably adjust the wrapper generator scripts to include the copright/license headers.
Given that we have
LIBIGL_COPYLEFT_CGALandLIBIGL_RESTRICTED_TRIANGLEflags available, users that wish to avoid copyleft or restricted zones can compile from source (while the pypi wheels will continue to include everything).
