Consider setting up continuous integration for having binary packages available

Binary packages for the other feeds suggested for LibreMesh compilation are already available on lime-feed repository.
These are being compiled and uploaded using Github Actions.
Please consider to set up the same for this feed.
Otherwise, these packages are available just at compilation time but not possible to install via OPKG.
