Enhance UX of the Path to Internet diagnostic tool with a re-work of performed tests and progress messages.

This is fixed by new landing (#388) which actually implement this.

The new internet path tool, shown on the landing page, run tests to check which is the last reachable node from the last known path.

I don't know if more functionalities have to be added
