Added protein-RNA docking example 1A1T

Created a LightDock tutorial for protein-RNA docking.
The layout of this tutorial is based on the protein-RNA docking tutorial.
The only thing missing is the visualization of the 1A1T complex (.pdb file of the crystal is provided here).
