  • Samza portable runner does not support Multimap State, so exclude the tests for now.
  • In Samza validatesPortableRunner tests, we need to set the filesToStage to be empty to avoid the Beam trying to load the class path. It's causing "too many open files" exceptions when running in li fork github runner host. In open source it seems ok.
  • Also clean up the li runner test workflows.
