This is the 2nd PR out of 3 to support default values for AVRO. In this change, the mappings between Iceberg schema and Avro schema preserves the defaultValue of the fields. Tested via unit tests, and a prototype
In next PR, we will check the default values while building projection/read schema, and make sure this default value is used when the field is not materialized.
