* Pass in a YAML true value as `__bootc_validation: true` using
the --extra-vars option to ensure that `__bootc_validation` is
treated as a boolean and not a string value.
`-e "__bootc_validation: true"`
You can also use JSON format:
`-e '{"__bootc_validation": true}'`
but YAML is simpler in this case.
* Use tox-lsr version 3.11.1
* Ensure the citest bad comment works when the test was cancelled in
addition to the failure case.
* Update contributing.md documentation
* Update number of nodes to use in testing farm, if needed
* remove unnecessary ansible-lint skips

Reviewer's GuideThis PR refines CI testing by upgrading tox-lsr to v3.11.1 across workflows, ensures correct boolean handling for __bootc_validation, extends citest bad detection to include cancellations, and enriches contributing.md with instructions for running CI tests locally. Hey there - I've reviewed your changes - here's some feedback:
- You’re bumping the tox-lsr version in multiple workflow files—consider centralizing this value (e.g. via an environment variable or shared step) to avoid having to update it in N places next time.
- In the TF cancel/failure check, you might also want to include other possible conclusions like “timed_out” so you don’t miss runs aborted by timeouts.
- The new QEMU testing instructions are very detailed—consider linking out to the upstream tox-lsr guide or moving that content into a dedicated QEMU section/doc to keep contributing.md more focused.
