instead it should have a page that uses the gubhub service to:
- review all fsh files under input/fsh/actors for instance ID's of actordefintions defined. be genorous in assuming instance IDs correspond to actors.
- review json files under inputs/resources to look for instances of ActorDefintions or SGActorDefintion or Persona or SGPersona or so. Do not be genorous in assuming instance IDs correpsond to actors
- display a list for each found actor provide a link back to the source.
