What is the source of this IPSW? Is it official (and verified) from Apple, or is it a repack of some sort?

I found it from a dump on some website. Just confirmed it could be restored successfully in iTunes while booted in DFU mode. The dates of the files in the zip are all consistent which suggests it would be a great repack if it was one.

I don't have the most experience with IPSWs but I suppose if you could restore it through iTunes then at least Apple recognizes it as legit?
