Framepack Download

Hi all, apologies if this has already been asked. I could not find anything. I have attempted to download Framepack 3 times now and it hangs at the end (won't complete). I have left it for over an hour still wont completed. Anyone have any ideas?

goto the download location when it gets to 99% and copy the file to a new file. THEN stop the download and rename the copied file to .7z and it will open
