1. Remove obsolete paged plugin (1)
2. Remove sites announced as permanently closed (2)
3. Mark down websites as broken (13)
4. Mark multisrc as down with convention from added down status to plugins #958 (28)
5. Updated icons

Sources removed from list: 16

Multisrc marking has no effect, but is mildly useful for devs to see if something has been marked down a while ago.

Apparently marking normal plugins as broken stops typescript compilation, due to an exclude.

Advantages:

• Much better user experience
• If sites come back, code is still there

Disadvantages:

• If a site is down during testing, and gets a false positive, we could have to unflag it later
• Common users can't install broken plugins
