Fix #853
Check that the file has a parent before using the media name logic!
What does this change?
This fixes a bug whereby file uploads on Webforms could not display and where causing 500 errors because they don't have media items.
This checks using the PHP null-safe operator so that it safely can return NULL for the parents. In doing so, use the file name for the link.
How to test
Create a webform with file upload element and check the display is correct.
Also check existing media / file links remain intact.
How can we measure success?
Webforms start working again.
Have we considered potential risks?
There might be more things going on with file uploads we don't know about.
