Create a microsites demo content module

I think it would be good to have a demo content module for microsites (maybe what we use for the demo sites could be used) so:

1. People evaluating the microsites platform will be able to see it's capabilities easier, and
2. People developing the microsites platform won't have the hassle of creating microsites + demo content + demo menu items, etc each time they reinstall

I reckon this will be a good case for recipes. How can we get an instance of the demo content to look at exporting it to code?

@stephen-cox will be able to provide a db dump of the microsites demo content, but that content is also in serious need of an update.

Still, a good place to start.
