Extract device type

UAP parser, does not return the device type (mobile, tablet, desktop ...) but this information is quite usefull.

This is not a trivial issue, I see apm-server asked for it elastic/apm-server#3912 and elasticsearch team have done this https://github.com/elastic/elasticsearch/pull/69322/files to support it via ingest pipeline.

BTW what about having a shared library between logstash UA filter and elasticsearch ingest?
