Structure

The assignment/ directory contains the source code for the classes and functions related to simulated annealing, cooling schedules, TSP calculations and general utilities.

The IPython notebooks cooling.ipynb and chain_len.ipynb contain code for the statistical experiments and plots presented in the report.
