Compile bug

Hi,

i use ubuntu 32 bit, Decklink 9.7.7. i have compile bug as:

I confirm that there's a problem with latest libav from git. The version from mid luly 2013 was compiling OK, now I get the same error as @dinhka.

Ok, so the problem is, that avcodec.h from 9.11 is somewhat crippled, and there's no definition of av_packet_ref there. Nor it is in the current https://github.com/lu-zero/libav.git fork. It seems that it was reintroduced at one point and the main git repository should be OK. I'm currently trying to build libbmd against it and will report back.

Release 9 doesn't have it. No matter which point release...
