The upstream has not released a new version for a long time, and the git version contains many patches we need. In addition to those already applied, including several valuable patches such as fixes for the compilation issues with boost189 and boost190: - luceneplusplus/LucenePlusPlus#219 - luceneplusplus/LucenePlusPlus#222 - luceneplusplus/LucenePlusPlus#213 - luceneplusplus/LucenePlusPlus#218
