Description

Implement a command-line interface and integration examples to provide a user-friendly way to interact with the dev-agent system and demonstrate integration with Claude Code.

Acceptance Criteria

• CLI provides commands for all major functions
• Help and documentation are comprehensive
• Commands have appropriate options and arguments
• Integration example with Claude Code shows how to use the context provider
• CLI is user-friendly with clear feedback

Technical Requirements

• Implement Commander.js for CLI
• Create utility functions for common operations
• Implement colorful and informative output
• Define clear command documentation
• Support for configuration files and environment variables
• Create integration examples for Claude Code
