Text in Provisioning Requirements section was re-organized.
Define available_tags according to link's interfaces.
- Add endpoint ui/all to return all components - Add endpoint ui/section to find napp components
Moved `bin/kytosd` contents to a new `core.kytosd` module and moved the content from the "if __main__:" to two new functions: main() and start_shell(). Now those functions can be called from outside (eg. for an asyncio event loop).
kytosd wasn't being checked by pylint before, because it was a "binary", not a Python module.
