This is mainly just a question I have but what causes the Biome Mob Weight list to list spawn wrights for mobs in biomes in which they don't spawn? For example, one line states
2338, ocean, minecraft:deep_frozen_ocean, CREATURE, biodiverse:chimpanzee, 20, 3, 7
And I darn well know they don't spawn in deep frozen oceans
Is this more on the developers? I've gone through mob biome spawning data in mods before and I know that sometimes, a mob will only spawn in specific biomes, but it doesn't show such in the data at all, like it amounts to "Biome: Is Minecraft" or something like that, but nothing specific, is that what could cause this? I'm just theorizing here, I'm no modder lol
Also does this mean there's an actual effect on the spawns of other creatures because of this or do lines like this basically mean nothing?
