Exiting full screen on Mojave renders MacVim window empty - must be refreshed with CTRL+l

I am using MacVim compiled on macOS High Sierra with Xcode 9.3 on macOS Mojave. When exiting native full screen, MacVim window is rendered empty of contents and needs to be manually refreshed with CTRL+l to fix it.

This is a regression introduced somewhere between 8.1.425 and 8.1.436 (it works in 8.1.425).

Actually, I'm getting different behaviors even with 8.1.425 on different hardware. On Macs with integrated GPUs refresh is not required. On discrete GPUs it's broken with 8.1.425.

I call redrawexplicitly on every resize. I know, this is a workaround, and don't solve the issue itself.

@mario-grgic I'm not quite reproducing this. A couple changes are coming though: #745 will be merged soon which will fix a few existing fullscreen oddities (it will actually properly restore its size now), and there's another PR (#757) that aims to fix the Mojave rendering issues, so they have a chance of fixing this issue.

How are you building your MacVim? Do you have any custom settings?

I don't see this in 8.1.500 any more either.
