I noticed that MacVim is categorised as Other in Screen Time. I think Productivity would be a better fit.

Thanks for the pull request. Shouldn't MacVim be "developer tools" though instead of "productivity"? I believe that's what some other text editors are set to as well. I guess maybe Vim is widely used enough that it's not just for developers and "productivity" is a better catch-all.

It shouldn't be under Developer Tools. Good text editors are for everyone. I'm no developer and I've used MacVim since it was born and Vim even longer. It's a great editor for LaTeX documents, e.g.

I used Productivity as Vim itself is a general purpose text editor. It can be used for plenty of things other than dev.

Vim patch 8.2.539

General:

- MacVim now reports its app category to be "Productivity" for Screen
  Time. macvim-dev#1032

Fixes:

- Fix MacVim not reporting its version number correctly. macvim-dev#1011
- Fix mvim:// protocol handler not handling line number. macvim-dev#1020
- Fix opening MacVim from the Dock not setting UTF.8 in locale. macvim-dev#1033
- Buffer menu now doesn't show stale menu items from command-line
  windows or terminal windows. macvim-dev#1025

Targets macOS 10.9+

Script interfaces have compatibility with these versions:
