Re-Minify All CSS/Js files don't work?

Hello.

Been using WE2012 to minify my js files on a project that only i was coding.
The problem is now ive got another person(s) changing the JS files and i need to re-minify all of the each time.
So i was going to use the Re-Minify All CSS/Js Files option.
The thing is after a foo.js is altered/saved outside the VS (from svn for instance) i make the "Re-Minify All CSS/Js Files " and the foo.min.js isn't updated.

Am i using the tool wrong or im stumbling a problem?

Im using Visual Studio 2012 Update 4 with latest WebEssestials

Just to add.

Tryed in VS2013 With Update 4 and re-minify all works just fine.
