Including a manually authored data file, for close to feature-parity with the `metal` crate regarding what's `unsafe`. (It is very likely that there are still some soundness holes in it - though it's still a huge improvement over the existing crate!)

unsafe, which takes a lot of inspiration from themetalcrate regarding what'sunsafe(though there are probably still mistakes in this).
